70s and 80s F1 racer and Hungary race steward Derek Warwick wanted to black-flag (disqualify) Michael Schumacher for his risky defensive maneuver in Hungary, but because it occurred so late in the race the stewards were not able to get the video evidence reviewed in time. A decision to disqualify a racer requires all four stewards to be in agreement before it is made official.
